Tackling the root causes of suffering is at the heart of everything we do.

Since our inception in 2013, our mission has been a simple one:
to alleviate suffering wherever and whenever we can.

With the generous help of our supporters and the dedication of our team of volunteers, the scope of that mission has grown into a commitment to effect long lasting change.

We have provided food, shelter and medical care for thousands of stray animals in Romania and helped many find loving homes here in the UK.

Although meeting animals’ immediate needs remains a vital part of our day -to-day work, we also focus on pro-active projects that aim to eradicate the root causes of suffering. Projects such as:

Our flagship neutering campaigns, treating a staggering 16,000 dogs and cats in 16 locations.

Our veterinary scholarship programme, designed to overcome the scarcity of practising vets in rural Romania by removing the financial barriers faced by prospective scholars.

Our schools’ education programme, ensuring the next generation learns to treat animals with compassion and respect. And thanks to the kindness of our supporters, we can supply children living in poverty with regular donations of clothing, food and gifts.

Our international projects, improving the welfare of animals from South America to Southeast Asia as our global partnerships continue to grow.

We’re proud of our successes, but there is still so much work to be done. That’s why we are incredibly grateful to our team of volunteers, and to the amazing supporters who help us to help those who desperately need it.
