In Peru, International Adopted Dog Day is celebrated on September 23, 2025. Our team did us proud as they arranged a dog walk, raising awareness about pet adoption in El Augustino. Our neutering campaign has just commenced too, with pet owners queueing to be helped. Our team are de worming and de fleaing animals too, and helping medical cases as they arrive. We spoke to them last night (they are 6 hours behind us) and they were surprised at how many cats were also straying in the streets.
A huge thank you to everyone who supports our work, and to our hard working team who have flown from UK and who live in Peru too, we are so proud of you all, working in such difficult circumstances out there once again.
