Ursula

Name : Ursula

Gender: Female

Age: born on 22.04.2021 9 Months

Estimated size : Medium/big

History of how the dog or pup was rescued: Ursula’s mother (Uma) gave birth in an old house’s garden, in a village. Locals found out where she was hiding the pups (Ursula, Undine, Ulise, Ultra, Uno, Ulani, Urania) and called the owner of the house who decided to poison all of them. The rescuers got there a couple of hours before him and took all 8.

Temperament: Ursula is sweet natured, a bit shyer than the rest, in the beginning she is cautious, but after 1-2 days of being kissed, petted and encouraged, she will come out of her shell and her owners will see what a good, obedient and very loving dog she is.
She is good with other dogs, cats but shy, needs a bit of time to unwind like her sister.
Update: Ursula made a lot of progress since she is in a foster home. She is now potty trained, no accidents since the first days. She likes to chew things, so you have to keep precious things away from her. She has a lot of stuffed toys and she loves them. The fosters started crate training, for now she just eats in her crate, she is a bit afraid of the crate as she doesn’t love closed spaces. She is great with them now, she comes when called, she likes cuddles and everything. She loves every dog she meets. She is amazing with cats. But she is still wary of new people and needs time getting to relax around other persons. But at home she is great and very relaxed. She sleeps alone on a couch in the other room (together with another dog and a cat). She is extremely happy in the morning when they open the door, she does a happy dance.
