The team in Peru were preparing for a huge neuter campaign when the flooding diverted them to emergency rescues. With mudslides washing homes away, the tragedy there is awful – and it’s worse for the dogs! Just look at the number of abandoned pups rescued. It is so heartbreaking for strays all over the world, and just one reason why we keep neutering.
