Cosmo

Cosmo is a stunning, 4.5 years old boy. He’s about 12 inches tall, with distinctive features and chocolate coat that make him look extra adorable.

Cosmo is a lively, happy and healthy pup. He absolutely adores the company of other dogs. He’s very friendly and social, always happily greeting any dog when out on a walk. He loves to play and enjoys a good chase, and he’s quite submissive. We believe he’d truly benefit from living with another, well-trained dog who’d keep him company and help him learn all the house rules. Like a good boy he is, he is used to a collar, harness and lead, and he’s always excited for a long walk. As he might sometimes try to chase cats, squirrels or bikes, a lead is a must until he perfects the recall. He happily sleeps throgh the night and he is fully house-trained.

Cosmo is a lovely and affectionate dog with people he knows and trusts. He likes a fuss, he enjoys getting his thick, gorgeous coat brushed and visits a groomer every couple of months for a clipping. He does, however, struggle with self-confidence around strangers, especially in a busy environment. He might be shy and bark a little, but soon settles. As soon as he befriends someone, this feeling of mistrust is gone forever. He’d appreciate a home, where he would be ensured a gradual introduction to new people. We are sure with patience and training he will learn that home is a safe space and all people are friends.

Cosmo deserves a family who can give him the time and attention he needs. He is fun, loyal and so full of love.

Cosmo is looking for a home with no young children and no cats. Currently in Foster in Southampton.
