The first week in December 2019, and we started work early at the storage unit at Big Yellow Self Storage in Sutton. 21 pallets were built, packed full of an amazing donation from Butchers dog food, and thousands of Christmas shoebox gifts for the orphans and low-income families.
Gifts that were donated from every corner of the UK, everyone made lovingly and with such care. As the sun went down, the lorry left, en route to Romania, where it has now arrived.
Our team are in Romania until Christmas Eve, visiting the rural villages and orphanages and we cannot wait to share with you some of the amazing moments of our 7th Christmas Shoebox Appeal.
