Mamina and Zoe

My name is Mamina and together with my little baby Zoe we were rescued in January 2022 from a field near Bucharest. I was around 6 years old and Zoe was only 5 months old when we were found, and I was so worried for her safety. We had been using a tunnel under a busy road to try to find food and worst of all, Zoe was very sick. We were so scared of humans we wouldn’t dare to even look at them, but thankfully our rescuer Andreea didn’t give up on us. Once we were brought to safety, Zoe tested positive to both babesiosis and parvovirus, though the little fighter that she is she has survived both. Without medical intervention on time, I would have lost my only baby. Due to her young age Zoe is slightly more confident around people, but I am still too frightened to allow even a touch. We might need to stay with Andreea forever and we’d be forever grateful if you could help her provide for us.
