Hello, my name is

Stitch (was Sami)

And I found my forever home through Paws2Rescue!
Adopted August 2019
at age 6 months

We adopted Stitch in 2019 after losing our last dog suddenly. I really wasn’t planning on another dog, but my granddaughter who lives with me was desperate for a new friend. She found him on the Paws2Rescue Facebook page and at the time he was being fostered in Edinburgh.

After being home checked, his fosterer brought him to Newcastle for a visit. He never went back!

I must admit it was quite daunting at the beginning. He could be quite unpredictable and loved to run at people’s ankles growling. However after lots of work, he is very loving and has a goofy sassy nature. It’s still a work in progress, but wouldn’t be without him.

He’s definitely changed my life and keeps me fit, we are often in the park at 6.30am!
