Our Christmas Shoebox Appeal, and the articulated lorry left our storage unit at Big Yellow Self Storage in Sutton, Surrey , heading for Romania on a journey that takes 3 days.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, we had very little help this year in palletising, and a total of 4 of us on the day, we successfully wrapped 26 pallets, most 2.5 metres high!
The donations of clothes and Christmas shoeboxes are going to Brasov in Romania and to Moldova. The 4 pallets of dog treats, vitamins and bedding are all going to Baia Mare in the north west of Romania.
