Saturday 14 September and Romania has flooded! The worst hit area is Galati, and whilst the news is about the tragic loss of human life, the animals are dying too.
We have seen many farm animals who have simply drowned, and so many pet dogs chained up that have so sadly suffered the same fate too.
We are working with a local NGO who we have known for over 10 years, who are co ordinating animal rescue across the worst hit area in Galati. If you are able to financially help and make a donation, please go to our Donate page. There is no donation too small to help in this devastating event.
